Hi everyone, I have good news!
We've received a confirmation from our courier that the nCoV-2019 quarantine issued by the Chinese government has been lifted, and the international logistics have started to recover. Those parcels that did not clear Export before the viral outbreak have resumed their journey to the destination.
Soon enough we'll have the full list of tracking numbers and will send them over email to all backers who have completed their BackerKit surveys. Please understand that I would rather not promise any specific dates, as China only now began to restore operations, but I'd say we can expect that to happen by the end of the next week.

❗ Important Update on Delivery

Hello everyone!
As we've mentioned in our previous update, our courier has managed to ship part of the parcels from China before the Lunar New Year, and the 2019-nCoV quarantine that followed.
Today we've got confirmation that there are 50 parcels in total that have managed to leave China before suspension of all services. We'll email these parcels' tracking information to their receivers soon.
As for the rest of the shipment, our courier says that they'll be able to ship more after February 17th. It's difficult to say if that date is guaranteed, as the quarantine was just extended by the Chinese authorities.
We will keep you all posted, and we apologize for this turn of events. Please understand that they're beyond our control, and we are upset as much as some of you might be.

❗ Magellan - Shipping Begins, Possible Delays

Hi there, I have good news!
Today, all Magellan bags have been picked by our contracted shipping company, and they're on their way to you!
Part of the shipment is already en route to their final destination, and we expect to have their tracking numbers soon. Unfortunately, there's some bad news, as well.
We have reached this point exactly by the time Chinese New Year begins. It's a major fest in China, and one of the longest holidays in this country. The problem is that most companies and services are suspended during these holidays. Unfortunately, this includes post offices and couriers.
As a result, part of the parcels ended up stuck, and can't be exported from China. We apologize for running into this problem, and promise to have the remaining parcels sent as soon as the Chinese shipping services are back online.
We will also be sure to let you know as soon as we have the tracking numbers for those shipments that made it through the export.
Thank you very much for supporting Magellan, and please accept our sincere apologies for this delay.
