Hello!
I'd like to confirm that we have received your messages over the interactive feedback form, which we are using to mass-collect, sort, and address any remaining issues with Magellan packages.
First, I'd like to mention that most of these complaints have been resolved on their own, without any actions on our end. As we clarified in the past, we sent the packages by sea, so it's natural for them to take a while to get to their destination.
However, there are, of course, legitimate problematic cases which we are working on addressing ASAP!
Among these are backers who have completed their BackerKit surveys late, after we have already sent our original bulk shipment.
And I confirm that we have shipped Magellan bags to those backers today!
Tracking numbers should be available within the next few business days, and we'll be sure to post another Update once we get the list. These will also be email directly to the affected backers.

As a reminder, we have announced the Feedback Form as a way to quickly and automatically collect, organise and forward your feedback to our contracted logistics company.
They have already started addressing the legitimate issues that we received so far.

Hello everyone!
Last update, we have introduced an interactive Google Form, which allows us to mass-collect and automatically sort and organize your complaints, so we can address them efficiently.
I'd like to thank everyone who had filled the form and submitted their information.
After running checks with our courier, we've got confirmation that most of these problematic parcels have actually been delivered since then.
And hence we would like to update our data, to ensure we can deal with the actual problematic cases that may be remaining.
To do that, we ask that if you have not received your Magellan rewards by now, please submit the form. If you've already done this before, please do so again, so we are fully aware of the situation.

Today I would like to address some questions and concerns we've received from part of our backers about delivery.
We've put together a Google Form which will allow us to mass-collect and automatically sort and organize your complaints, so we can address them efficiently and quickly.
Simply open the link, and answer our questions, picking the options that reflect the issue that you've faced the best.
However, please note the below before you open the form:
1. If you do not have your tracking number, please go to the below page and enter your Kickstarter profile's email address to receive it. Please use the feedback form only if this fails! Make sure you're entering the email address that is linked to your Kickstarter profile. If you changed your linked email address at any point since pledging our campaign, please enter the old address.

2. If you have a working tracking number, but there is no movement - please take into account that we've sent your parcels by sea. This means that we can only consider the lack of updates abnormal if more than 45-60 days passed since last update. The reason is simple - the ship takes a lot of time to get to the destination country. Considering the current worldwide situation with the Wuhan virus, there may be delays with entering port, and local customs and post offices have a huge backlog to work with. Some air- and seaports are shut down and no longer operate until further notice.
